The coloring book contains mandala designs and notebook pages.
The idea behind adding a journal is to write down your thoughts and feelings, while coloring a mandala using different shades to reflect your mood. This adds a new dimension to standard colouring books. While colouring you can relax and will find it easier to express yourself in writing serving also as a diary.
This book was inspired by my travels in Nepal, where mandalas are used as form of prayers and for meditation. The pages are made thick enough for a vast range of media/ mediums to be used, though mandalas are best coloured using pencil colours for the best shadings, with markers being better for brighter colours.
